Fact. A baseball is 2.96 inches wide, or tall, depending on how you hold it. Since .04 of an inch is such a small number, we’re going to say a baseball is 3 inches wide. A foot is 12 inches. 12 inches ÷ 3 inches = 4. 4 baseballs in a line equals a foot in length. C ya next time.
